DO YOU EVER WONDER ABOUT  YOUR CHILD'S DEVELOPMENT? 

The Ages & Stages Questionnaire (ASQ)  is designed to help families gain a snapshot of their child's development,  celebrate milestones, and address any potential areas for growth.  The ASQ is a ten to fifteen minute long parent completed developmental  screening for children between one month and five years of age.  By completing ASQ, you are making sure that your child is off to the best possible start!

El Cuestionario de Edades y Etapas (ASQ) está diseñado para ayudar a las familias a obtener una visión general del desarrollo de su hijo, celebrar los hitos y abordar las áreas potenciales de crecimiento. El ASQ es una evaluación del desarrollo que los padres completan y dura entre diez a quince minutos para niños de entre un mes y cinco años de edad. Al completar el ASQ, se asegura de que su hijo tenga el mejor comienzo posible.
